This slender pamphlet was originally bound in paper wrappers, which had become detached from the textblock. The covers were soiled and torn and creased. The covers were cleaned, then individually lined with colored tissue. The losses were filled with layers of tissue equal to the thickness of the cover paper. The covers were then re-adhered to the spine.

This volume was conserved in 2007.
