Join Boston Athenæum Docent Maureen Marcucci as she leads a discussion around the portraits and lives of Samuel Eliot, Thomas Handasyd Perkins, and Reverend Thaddeus Mason Harris, and their roles as leaders who have impacted the history of the Boston Athenæum.
Maureen Marcucci has been a member of the Boston Athenæum since 2017 and became a docent in 2018. She also serves as a Doric Docent at the Massachusetts State House and is active on several boards and committees in Boston. Maureen has a BBA, MBA, and CPA, but enjoys pursuing her passions for Boston history and military history. She is an active participant in the BA's World War II reading group and in 2020 started a Civil War reading group with another institution. She has brought several speakers on military history to the BA and the Union Club of Boston.
